Welcome to Bloom Date. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Bloom Date. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use Bloom Date, you must create an account using your phone number. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, use only one account, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to harass other users, post false or misleading content, use photos of anyone other than yourself, solicit money or services, engage in spam or advertising, scrape user data, or violate any applicable law.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Bloom Date a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and transmit your content solely for operating and improving the Service.
Bloom Date offers free and paid subscription tiers (Bloom+ and Bloom Premium), billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are final except as required by applicable law or platform policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not conduct background checks and make no representations about the character or intentions of any user. Dating involves inherent risk — always exercise caution when meeting someone in person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Date shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
